The new owners of this Golden Star 42 found us on the web when they were searching for other Golden Star owners. We had helped another couple transition from a smaller boat to their recently purchased larger boat, also a Golden Star 42. And, both couples are from Maine! Cruisers really are a small community.

Endeavor Launches for the last time. Do you want to FEEL it for yourself?
It’s a BIG step from a 26 foot boat to a 47 foot cruiser. Not only the difference from gas to diesel but also air conditioners, black and grey water systems, inverters, generators, fly bridge and the new importance of staying in deepwater. Whew! If you ran aground in the 27 footer it was easy to get out and push her of the mud flat. Not so with 30,000 pounds of fiberglass and diesel engines.
What do you do if you own a 47 foot Tolleycraft Motor Cruiser in Canada and you want to sharpen your crusing skills in March? Did I mention the Tolleycraft is in a climatized storage building in Quebec?
Yes! Two Golden Star trawlers in the same season. Another Maine couple was surfing the web- like you are now! and noticed that we just worked with a Maine couple on their 42 foot Golden Star Motor Yacht. So, they contacted us to work with them too! The power of the internet…WOW!
