Taco Soup

Here’s a goodie that works well when you are underway in the fall. Make up a batch in advance and you’ll be nice a toasty in no time.TACO SOUP 

1 can Black Beans

1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans

1 can Chili Beans

1 can Diced Tomatoes

1 can White Kernel Corn

1 can Water

1 can Rotel

1 pkg Dry Ranch Dressing**

1 pkg Taco Mix

1 lb.   Ground Chuck**

  

Brown hamburger meat & drain. Add chopped onion to taste. Dump ingredients together. Heat. Serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese & Fritos or chips.

You forgot the OLIVES topper silly!

Skip the Ranch Dressing….too much sodium. Substitute Ground Turkey

Add a jar of Salsa

Canned lima beans

A heavy dose of Cumin….THEN top with Sour Cream.
