Kadey Krogen 48 NorthSea - Seattle to Fort Lauderdale
Welcome to Florida!
Additional Images
This 48 foot Kadey Krogen rides aboard a ship from the Pacific Northwest all the way through the Panama Canal arriving in Fort Lauderdale. Captain Chris Yacht Services is at Port Everglades to greet her.

Training starts with the new owner as we head North to Jensen Beach Florida. She needs to have a few upgrades before the whole family comes aboard to do the Great Loop.

We are taxied to the ship by water. This center console small boat picks us up at a nearby marina.
Here we are! One boat is in the water and the Kadey Krogen pokes her nose out waiting for her turn.
It's our turn.
Here she comes over the side of the ship.
Slowly she is lowered down to the water where we'll board, check to see that all is watertight and then start the engine. After all checks out A-OK, the lifting straps will be removed and off we go.
The proud new papa stands outside of the pilot house.
